- Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

- Domestic Shipping times:
Canada Shipping
- We ship to addresses within Canada from Toronto.
- Depending on how far the shipping address is from Toronto, delivery can take from 2 to 8 days from shipment day.
- International Shipping:
United States Shipping:
- We provide United States shipping which typically takes 5-7 days.

UK Shipping:
- Now shipping from the UK to the UK, which typically takes 2-3 days.

International Shipping:
- We also ship worldwide.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your SCOUPS account.

- Shipping Address:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. SCOUPS is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
